What you bring
Supported Claude access authorized for this deployment. The subscription you buy here is for SubToAPI: API keys, the gateway, dashboard and team controls. Provider credentials stay inside SubToAPI-controlled infrastructure and prompts are not stored by default.
Questions before you start.
- What does the subscription buy?
- The platform: connection management, application API keys, the public API gateway, playground, usage metadata and — from Team upwards — invitations, roles and seat management.
- Does SubToAPI resell Claude access?
- No. SubToAPI does not sell pooled Claude capacity and is not affiliated with Anthropic. Provider access must be supported and authorized for this deployment, and provider credentials stay inside SubToAPI-controlled infrastructure.
- What happens after the trial?
- The trial runs 3 days with up to 3 seats. Afterwards protected dashboard and public API requests require an active plan.
- What is the difference between Solo and Team?
- Solo is a single seat for one person — the full dashboard, API keys, playground and usage metadata. Team features start at Team: invitations, roles and seat management for up to 10 people, and up to 200 on Scale.
- How are seats counted?
- One seat per member account. An open invitation holds a seat until it is accepted or revoked, so nobody is charged twice for the same place.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
- Yes. Stripe prorates the difference automatically. When moving to a smaller plan, first reduce the team so it fits the new seat limit — otherwise the change is refused rather than silently removing people.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, in the Stripe customer portal from the billing page. Access continues to the end of the paid period, and invoices and payment methods live in the same portal.
- Which prices apply?
- All prices exclude VAT and are billed monthly in €. Plans run from €9 per month.
