- What is SubToAPI?
- SubToAPI is a developer platform that puts a simple HTTPS API in front of your Claude access. You connect once in the dashboard, create application API keys and call https://api.subtoapi.app from any app — with streaming, tool use and usage metadata for your whole team.
- Which languages and frameworks can I use?
- Any that can send an HTTPS POST with JSON: TypeScript and Node.js, Python, PHP, Go, Ruby, serverless functions, cron jobs or plain curl. There is nothing to install; the docs include copy-paste examples.
- Does it support streaming and tool use?
- Yes. /v1/conversation/stream returns server-sent events, and tools (function calling) work on every model tier with JSON-Schema inputs and tool_result round-trips.
- Which Claude models are available?
- Three stable aliases — fast, balanced and best — so your code never hard-codes a dated model id. The deployment maps each tier to the current Claude model for that tier.
- Can my team see my prompts?
- SubToAPI stores request metadata by default — tokens, latency, status, model and request id — not prompt or response content. Provider credentials stay server-side and never reach browser bundles.
- How much does it cost?
- Plans start at €19 per month with a 3-day free trial and no credit card to start. You pay for the platform; Claude usage remains subject to the provider access authorized for the deployment.
